Cottonwood Rural Water Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

Pay Your Bill Online

We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now'' button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. When you use this payment method the 4.9% credit card fee will be added for this service to your next billing, instead of being applied to your cardPlease include the name and address of the person on the water account whom you are paying for and the account number in the Note Section of the Payment form.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven to ten business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 10th of the month or the following business day and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section or you may click the link at the bottom of this page.  Then drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, or credit card.  You may also drop off in our locked payment box located to the south of our entrance gate.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 

Payment Through Your Bank

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to ten business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
